How SuperCalendar accesses, stores, and uses your data.

Last updated

1. About SuperCalendar

SuperCalendar is a personal calendar app built by Gabe Garcia.

2. Data the app uses

The app connects directly to your calendar provider. It uses your account details, calendars and events to display, search and update your calendars. Event data includes notes, locations, attendees and meeting links.

3. Storage on your device

Account tokens and passwords are stored in your device’s Keychain. Calendar data, including hidden calendars, is cached on your device for offline access. Preferences may remain after disconnection.

4. Data use

I don’t store your calendar data on a server, sell your data, or use advertising or analytics. Use of Google API data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

5. Disconnecting your account

Disconnect in Settings ends the connection and attempts to remove saved credentials and cached calendars. Storage failures can prevent cleanup. Your events stay with your provider. To revoke Google access, visit your account connections.

6. Sharing and other services

Shared availability goes to the apps and recipients you choose. Meeting links and calendar sync use services with their own privacy policies. Website hosting may process your IP address and browser details.

7. Contact

For questions, email Gabe. If you write to me, I receive your email address and message.
